I’m learning to embrace 41 having just moved to Maryland after my husband retired from the military. Running and walking keep me young!

Not trying to impress others any longer. I have more hunger to seek joy within myself achieving personal goals. Whether it be trying to hit a certain mileage monthly or decorating my house, I beat to my own drum. Making sure my kids lead themselves with happy hearts as they go thru life and try to be a good wife, and human really too! I’m not perfect, but as I age I’m learning from my mistakes and trying to do better daily. Jealousy no longer drives me like it did in my 20’s and early 30’s.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to walk and or run daily. Eat healthier limiting the evening snacks. And lately have been mindful to eliminate relationships that are toxic and/or don’t bring me joy any longer. Life is too precious to be spent in bad company! Also, one should not be BAD company- I’m holding myself accountable to behaviors too. I have to be willing to see and adjust my behavior when I’m the problem. Self help books and journaling are a great help with this process! *therapy helps also :-)
What would you do with the $40,000?$40,000, Where would one begin!? I would Start by donating some to our community and also to Susan G. Komen for the cure. We don’t ever want to take without giving! From there I think I would splurge on a handbag for myself and the rest would be to share in experiences with my family <3!
