How do you stay fabulous?I believe we share what we carry inside, and for me, that’s love and kindness. Staying fabulous over 40 means nurturing my mind and body. My wellness routine includes daily exercise, meditation, and cooking healthy meals for myself. Mental health is just as important, so I meditate every day and keep my close friends nearby. I have a playful spirit, love to laugh at myself, and keep things light, which helps me feel young and vibrant.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in my future by putting some toward my home, ensuring stability and growth. I’d also prioritize my wellness by enhancing my health routines and self-care. Additionally, I’d set aside a portion for experiences—traveling, exploring new cultures, and making memories with loved ones. Lastly, I’d contribute to causes I believe in, sharing the good fortune and spreading kindness.
