Wow, Where do I begin! Freedom in who I am, finally realizing how amazing I am and not caught up with the 20 year old that hated how she looked. I am now grateful to my body for putting up with me the last few decades. I finally realized that I am not as big as I thought I was. My body still allows me to work out, feel strong and live life to the fullest. Finding Joy in the simple things, not getting caught up in the worldly things. I now what is really the most important parts of this life!
How do you stay fabulous?Finding Joy in life, keeping a smile on my face for everyone. Living my dreams. Striving to help others. Working out, Drinking tons of waters. Believing in an Awesome God. Striving to get better and better as I get older. Surrounding myself with great people, And Having the Bestest friend in the World!
What would you do with the $40,000?Breathe a little easier. Treat myself to something new and then work hard to give back by getting my Health/Life Coaching business off the ground. Becoming more knowledgeable and increase my coaching skills by attendings courses that will enhance my practice.. Start choosing an amazing place to hold my first ever retreat, focusing on Nurses and Medical Professionals. And Breathe.......ahhhh....!
