Being over 40 for me feels like being 25 but with a deeper understanding of life and a sharper sense of purpose. It’s like I have all the energy and excitement for new experiences, but now I know exactly what I want and what’s worth my time. I’ve let go of insecurities and the need to please others, focusing instead on what brings me joy and fulfillment. I love being over 40 i’v embraced life with the enthusiasm of my younger self, but with the clarity and confidence that only comes with age.
How do you stay fabulous?A well-rounded diet . Prioritizing sleep and managing stress are key for mental well-being, as stress can take a greater toll as we age. Regular medical check-ups, staying hydrated, and maintaining strong social connections are also crucial for overall health. Also listening to your body and making adjustments to lifestyle habits ensures long-term wellness. Staying healthy over 40 involves a combination of balanced habits and intentional self-care
What would you do with the $40,000?The first priority would be to finish paying for my teenager’s education, ensuring her school fees are fully coved . This would give her the stability she needs to focus on her studies. After that, I would relocate to a new area that aligns better with my family’s needs and business goals, providing us with a fresh start. A portion of the prize would go toward purchasing a company vehicle, which would greatly enhance my business operations and efficiency.
