I love that I have put myself and my needs first in all areas of my life. I now understand that anything I want in life is attainable. Age doesn't define my mindset, passion, or how I choose to live. It's all about embracing who I am at every stage of life. I am living fully and unapologetically, not caring about what others think, and finally living for ME! Forty is wonderful- I love it here! :)
How do you stay fabulous?I have taken the time to do the work. Self-reflection is beyond important, especially as I transitioned into my 40s. I needed to sit with myself and work through past hurts, traumas, and disappointments. I needed to grieve the life I thought I would have at forty to move past it and become grateful for the life I have created for myself right now. I take my physical and mental health seriously, working out and meditating 5- 6 times a week.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the 40,000 prize, I would use it to fund my private practice/ wellness center. I would also use the money to take my mother and sisters on a girl's trip to Greece or Portugal.
