At 69 I approach each day with joy, gratitude, curiosity and a sense of adventure and I strive to become the best version of myself .

That every obstacle I have faced has made me a more resilient and more compassionate human…I am grateful for all the wonderful people around me and now that my children are launched, I can finally focus on self-care and create the next phase of my life!
How do you stay fabulous?I workout every day, spend time in nature, meditate, devote time to self-care, travel, and try to learn something new every day. (I’m currently learning French.) I also spend lots of time with dear friends and FaceTime often with my daughters who both live in Australia.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would devote more time volunteering on projects that protect the ocean and the wildlife that inhabit it, like “The Dolphin Project” and “Empty the Tanks” (my passion). I would visit my daughters in Australia, and also take time off work to plant my vegetable garden and work on a book I’m writing. What a luxury!!
