What I love about being over 40 is the confidence that comes from truly knowing myself. I’ve embraced my body, my experiences, and my strength. I’m healthier, fitter, and more empowered than ever, and I no longer feel the need to please others. Life after 40 is about living authentically, appreciating my journey, and continuing to grow. I’ve gained wisdom, resilience, and the freedom to enjoy life on my own terms. It’s an exciting and fulfilling time!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing self-care, inside and out. I nourish your body with balanced nutrition and stay active with workouts that keep me strong and energized. Mentally, I embrace positivity and a growth mindset, always open to learning and evolving. Surrounding myself with supportive, uplifting people, setting healthy boundaries, and practicing gratitude keep me grounded. Most importantly, I stay true to myself, embracing my unique journey with confidence and joy!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d invest in expanding my fitness and wellness programs, reaching more women to help them transform their health and confidence. I’d create more digital resources, like online classes and nutrition guides, and improve my coaching platforms. I’d also allocate funds for personal growth, whether through new certifications, retreats, or experiences that fuel my passion. And, of course, I'd set aside some for travel and self-care to recharge and stay inspired!
