I love the life experiences I have gone through good and bad that shaped me into a woman who looks at life on the bright side. I learned we control our thoughts if I find a bad one I say stop and replace it with something I look forward to…there is always something. Living in the moment is not always easy but I try to do this.every day. I create my life to a certain degree so feel blessed that I created a happy one. I give back to my community because it makes me feel good.

I walk outside by the ocean everyday attend yoga and Zoomers class four times a week. Remaining connected to my siblings and their families. I have Faith so this keeps me spiritually grounded and positive. I volunteer which is a feel good and keeps me out amongst the living. Music and reading keeps me feeling inspired and fabulous.

I would give to the hungry and homeless . Next plan a trip inviting all fifteen of my international high school students from around the world that lived with me over the years for a weekend getaway. I would adopt a pet I live alone but childless… so the cat or dog would be my little buddy. We would visit senior homes together. I would buy some new outfits and update my computer and car. I would produce and direct my own film. Thank you for the opportunity to do so.
