I feel like being 57(over 40) allows me a second chance at life. Like it’s my second act in this movie I call my life. I love being able to practice self care more because being a single mom raising two kids alone there was no time or money to take care of me.Now I have more time to do me. Life is good over 40, I’ve been able to travel a little bit more and do more for myself. I love that my kids are now successful adults , living their lives. I love that I’m an independent self sufficient woman
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of myself, I practice self care, I try to keep myself together, I love keeping my appearance up. Skincare is my thing, I love beautiful glowing skin. It’s necessary. I love doing my hair and nails , it makes me feel good & pretty. I know how to look like a million bucks on a budget. I’ve been doing it all my life. This past year I’ve been on a weight loss journey, I started eating better and walking. I lost 75 pounds, it feels great. And I’m not done yet I want to loose more.
What would you do with the $40,000?$40,000 would change my whole life. I would buy a new vehicle. I would put a down payment on my dream house which is a mini mansion to me. I would take a few trips. I would buy gifts for my sons and my grandkids, I would make sure they were straight in every aspect. I would help some people out with a few things, and give to my church. I know how to stretch money, I've been conditioned for it, all my life has been a dress rehearsal, my mom always told me I have Champagne taste on a beer budget.
