I love being over 40 because it represents a powerful transformation for me. After losing over 80 lbs, I feel more confident and healthier than ever. Moving to a new state gave me a fresh start and helped me embrace this vibrant chapter of life. I stay focused on health, style, and feeling empowered to show others that age is just a number when you’re living your best life!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my health, keeping a positive mindset, and embracing the confidence that comes with experience. I focus on self-care, staying active, and choosing styles that reflect who I am now. Staying fabulous means celebrating my journey, surrounding myself with love and inspiration, and continuing to push boundaries. I remind myself daily that being fabulous is about feeling great from the inside out.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow! $40,000 is substantial, I would invest in my personal growth and well-being. I’d use it to continue my health journey, I would invest in skincare routines. I would help my college student with funds needed day to day. I’d also create meaningful experiences with my family, like traveling or enjoying quality time together. Additionally, I’d invest in my platform, upgrading my content creation tools, and growing my brand to inspire more women over 40 to live their best, most confident lives.
