I am enjoying life as a physician, teaching students, working out, starting my own health clinic, & getting engaged all in the last year!

Besides the growth I’ve accomplished so far, I love that I’m wiser, more practical, more realistic, and I continue to want to stay healthy as my age advances.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay healthy by going to the gym, staying active and eating well, but not missing out on delicious foods. I love to dance and hold social gatherings. But working as a physician with an area of concentration on women’s health, I truly believe in wellness physically and mentally. I continue to stay humble but also work on my confidence. Lastly, remembering to take my collagen, probiotics, and vitamins to help me feel my best.
What would you do with the $40,000?I didn’t think I would find “my person” at age 42 but here I am engaged! I would love to use this money to pay for some of our wedding expenses and the other half as a down payment for our new clinic ALL IN HEALTH. Overall, I’m excited to get out of my comfort zone and be proud of my age. I’m also excited to be supporting the breast cancer foundation!
