What I love about being over 40 as a woman is the sense of confidence and self-assurance that comes with it. I feel more comfortable in my own skin, less worried about what others think, and more focused on what truly makes me happy. I’ve learned to appreciate my strengths, set healthy boundaries, and make decisions that align with my values. Relationships feel deeper, and I have a greater sense of what matters in life. Plus, I’m more in tune with my health and well-being.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing on balance and self-care. Taking care of my physical health is a priority, so I stay active with workouts that I enjoy, like teaching LesMills Body Combat. It keeps me fit, energized, and confident. I also make sure to nourish my body with healthy foods but don’t shy away from treating myself to the things I love. Maintaining mental wellness is just as important, so I carve out time for relaxation, personal growth, and surrounding myself with positive people.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would first set aside a portion for savings or investments to ensure long-term financial stability. Next, I’d use some of it to create memorable experiences, like traveling to places I’ve always wanted to visit. I might also treat myself and my loved ones to something special, whether it’s upgrading our living space or indulging in something we’ve been eyeing for a while. Lastly, I’d invest in self-development—maybe take some courses, attend wellness retreats, or pursue hobbies.
