Receive Text UpdatesI love reflecting on my growth from my 20s and 30s (a time in my life marked by feelings of un-fulfillment, demoralization and purposelessness ) to my 40s and now, 50s. I have truly and finally, after searching for so long, found myself. I have never felt so unapologetically confident in my own skin as I do now. I’m excited to turn 51 this December!
How do you stay fabulous?To me, staying fabulous means prioritizing my health and happiness first, so that I can be present for my family and friends through the ups and downs of life. It means sleeping well, eating clean, staying active and helping those around me do the same! When you’re truly fabulous, you want others to become fabulous, too and be their best selves.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the prize money to open a fitness studio and make fitness and health education accessible to low-income families and individuals. This has been my dream since the start of my fitness journey back in 2009. I aspire to empower people, especially women, from all walks of life to be fit, strong and healthy (aka Fab!) at any age!
