There’s an element of freedom unlike any other decade of age. Possibly it’s because of wisdom gained, or experiences had… either way my 40’s have allowed me to understand myself, be able to convey what that means to the world while not really caring who approves and who doesn’t. The woman that I am now allows me to be the mom/example to both my daughter and son that I can be proud of.
How do you stay fabulous?Finding humor. Life is hard, it’s complex and it’s not a “piece of cake” all of the time. Being always to find ways to laugh it off creates an energy that is fabulous. Not just for yourself, but to others as well. I think the energy you put out into the world is more important than any posh skin care routine or designer shoes that are in the for moment.
What would you do with the $40,000?Well, there’s a few ways to answer this: I recently experienced layoffs at my company which has put me into financial strain that makes me lose sleep at night (aka: I will pay off bills that I’m behind on). 2.) I told myself many years ago that when my daughter turned 16 that I would take her to Paris. I want her to fall in love with the idea of the world. To see places some people only read about or dream of… she’s been studying French for the last 4 years, so I would keep that promise.
