How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous over 40 by embracing self-care, from nurturing my mind and body to prioritizing time with family. As a mother and entrepreneur, I strive to balance work and life by focusing on what truly fulfills me. I stay active, eat well, and practice mindfulness, but most importantly, I lead with confidence, experience, and gratitude. I’m committed to personal growth, staying true to my values, inspiring others and making an impact.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in expanding my business and continue to empower women to embrace their confidence and well-being. I’d also donate a portion to breast cancer research, supporting those affected. After losing a close friend to breast cancer, supporting this cause is forever in my heart. The prize money would help allow me to continue to maintain balance between my professional goals and family life, ensuring I continue to grow as a mother and entrepreneur.
