I shamelessly embrace my hard-earned wisdom and self-assurance. My signature long gray hair is a badge of honor, reflecting years of experience and self-care. I've learned to prioritize my health and cherish a clear mind. Parenting four unique children, including my 12-year-old with Down Syndrome, has deepened my empathy and patience. Both my family and experience taught me unconditional love and acceptance. At 50, I'm more confident and resilient, reveling in a hard-earned, authentic glow.

I focus on being active daily: yoga, interval & strength training, walking, etc., but I don’t push myself so hard that I have difficulty recovering. Spending time with family and friends feeds my soul, and travel keeps my intellect, curiosity, and senses engaged. To me, travel is the essential “mental aphrodisiac” for staying fabulous. Wherever I go, I continually demonstrate gratitude to reflect love into the world. But my secret is religiously drinking water and using skincare products!

I'd launch a program empowering young female entrepreneurs who prefer to start businesses over jumping right into college or a trade. College is an expensive proposition these days, and there are fewer high-yielding trades for young women. Entrepreneurship is a viable alternative, and women often focus on supporting social good within communities. Amazing things happen when we build value, learn negotiating skills, increase confidence, and build impactful networks!
