Being a woman over 40 has given me a sense of confidence & self-assurance that may not have been as strong in my earlier years. I know myself better, have a clearer sense of priorities, and I’m less concerned with external validation. I embrace my authenticity, have a deeper understanding of my worth, and enjoy the wisdom gained from all my life experiences. Physically, emotionally, and mentally, I feel empowered to set boundaries, pursue my passions, and prioritize self-care. I love me more.
How do you stay fabulous?I definitely embrace my inner and outer self with confidence and care. I prioritize self care with physical exercise, balanced nutrition, skincare, I stay hydrated and continue to educate myself spiritually & emotionally. I keep my mental health in check and stay positive.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have always wanted to share my knowledge with woman over 40. I want to start a traveling business focusing on topics like self-care, skincare, mental health, career transitions, and embracing midlife changes. This could provide women with tools and support to navigate this stage of life with confidence and self-love. I would have expert speakers, spa treatments & more. I am also developing a body care line that is 100% chemical free. This $40k would help me define my purpose in life.
