The lessons I’ve learned, how I continue to grow and the confidence that comes with age. I shared with my soon to be 20 year old daughter that life is a series of experiences, they shape and mold us into who we become. As long as we take away something positive from each one we are becoming the best version of ourselves. Mistakes are bound to happen but are not an issue if we do not repeat them. I enjoy reflecting back over my years and seeing how far I have came as a woman.

I do my best to take care of myself both physically and most importantly mentally. I surround myself with a small circle of women who are a one of a kind. We are genuinely there for each other, present and accountable. We are all different and unique in our own way, bringing new interests to each other. We are all different ages with different backgrounds which exposes us to different interest's, thoughts and dreams. I eat as healthy as possible, exercise and of course stay on top my skincare.

I would start a non profit women’s health initiative. I lost my mom in January to Breast Cancer. She told me that my life’s work needed to be helping women with any type of cancer. A place were patients and their families can come for guidance, resources and connect the dots of their journey. Healthcare in general is complicated and intimidating. Adding a cancer diagnosis magnifies those feelings of being isolated and not understanding what exactly is going on, what help is available.
