What I like best about being over 40 is a renewed sense of self. I’ve gained confidence and clarity that only comes from life’s experiences. My priorities have shifted, allowing me to focus on what truly matters—my health, my family, and helping others. I embrace my age and past adversities as a badge of honor, celebrating the wisdom and strength I’ve acquired, and I love connecting with women who are on a similar journey. This age empowers me to inspire others to live their best life.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my health and wellness through regular exercise and healthy eating. As an online fitness coach, I practice what I preach, blending strength training, mobility, and cardiovascular activities into my routine. I also focus on mental health, embracing mindfulness and self-care. Staying connected with my children and friends keeps my spirit alive. Most importantly, I practice gratitude and a positive mindset, which fuels my passion for life.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in expanding my fitness coaching business, offering scholarships for women over 40 in need, to access wellness programs. I’d create workshops focused on mental health, nutrition, and physical fitness for women over 40. And, I’d allocate funds for a community project that helps women going through adversities such as domestic abuse, harassment, illness, etc. possibly treat my children to a small family trip, showing them the importance of self-care and family time.
