Whoever coined the phrase, “age is just a number” was right! I’m way over 40 and I’m grateful that my body allows me to still be very active. I love that although I’ve figured a lot of things out, I’m still evolving and growing to try to be my best self.
How do you stay fabulous?I keep a pretty consistent skin care, fitness, and nutrition schedule,. I do “fall off the wagon” every once in a while but make every attempt to circle back. I love to be outside connecting with nature and feel it’s one of the best ways to keep mental health in check. Lastly, I stay close to my kids and make time to continue to create memories with them.
What would you do with the $40,000?So many directions to go with this! I would likely pay a portion of each of my kids college student loans down, donate to BCRF and an organization that supports animals and go on a fun bucket list vacation (Italy maybe?)
