Being over 40 has brought me confidence and a deep sense of purpose. As the owner of a nationally recognized Interior Design firm, I’m proud of the journey from humble beginnings to professional success, with a supportive husband and a circle of authentic friends. Overcoming a challenging childhood, I now embrace life’s opportunities and my unique strengths. I lead by example, teaching my children the values of kindness, respect, and hard work, while unapologetically following my heart.
How do you stay fabulous?To me, staying fabulous is a mindset. I prioritize my health, continuously seek new knowledge, and approach each day with confidence and purpose—as if life itself is my runway. With a growth mindset as my foundation, I embrace challenges and opportunities alike, constantly evolving. And above all, I believe in giving back, making a meaningful impact whenever I can.
What would you do with the $40,000?The award would go toward a few areas where I would invest in travel for family experiences to enrich our lives and gain inspiration, invest in expanding my design firms digital presence and exploring innovative tools to create more impactful spaces for clients, and invest in our local community through advocacy efforts and programs that align with my passion for design, education, and community-building.
