I love that I can see things on a longer timeline, allowing me to set big goals and take small meaningful actions to get there. Also, the wisdom and the ability to care equally for others and myself at the same time. I love the people in my life so much and have learned to speak as kindly to myself as I would to them.
How do you stay fabulous?Working out, prioritizing sleep and healthy eating. And mostly focusing on connections to family and friends (both old and new). Loving this world and all the adventure it has to offer and the wonderful people I get to meet along the way.
