Being over 40 often brings a sense of clarity and confidence. There’s usually less pressure to prove oneself, and more focus on what truly matters. Many people appreciate the wisdom gained from experiences, the ability to set better boundaries, and the comfort in knowing themselves better. There’s also a shift in priorities—valuing relationships, health, and personal fulfillment over external validation.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to eat healthy during the week by eating more vegetables and seafood and less red meat in my diet. I also work out 3-4 times a week. I also enjoy yoga!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put some money aside for my girls college fund and take my family to a nice vacation!
