I worked my way through college to become an Elementary School Teacher. I taught Art, Science, and 3rd Grade. I loved every minute of it.

What would you do with the $40,000?I would start my own business. Since I have retired from teaching, I have the time and energy to become a real-estate broker. I want to combine my love of people and beautiful homes.
