I am learning a lot about myself, and I am having a better relationship with my myself and being more kind to myself. I care more deeply about people and learning to appreciate the small things in life. I am learning to be more present and centered. in my daily routine. I am embracing my uniqueness, embracing getting older and wiser. I am more accepting of people, more forgiving and less judgmental. It is such a privilege to be able to experience getting older and so happy to be alive!
How do you stay fabulous?I am an early riser. I run 3 miles from Monday thru Friday. Running has saved me, keeps me fit & sane. I 've had my deepest conversations with God while running. Praying also helps me navigate some challenges in my daily life. It is what nourishes my soul. Volunteering my time at church, giving and caring for other people in need and finding purpose. Spending time and maintaining close and deeper relationships with my friends are key to making me a better person.
What would you do with the $40,000?My sister has a special need daughter, my niece is autistic and non verbal. My sister is the sole caretaker and she's had such a difficult and harder life compare to mine. I would use some of the money to help my sister set up a trust for my niece. She also struggles financially so I would help her get caught up with some of her bills and help pay for necessities.
