I love that I had my kids young, enjoying them with energy and love. At 50, I see determination through my adult children’s eyes. I still feel youthful, cherish time with my grandkids (newborn to 16), and run my own cake business. I can now travel, set boundaries, and embrace my freedom. My parents shaped me into the fabulous daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and grandparent I am today. The word can't' is gone from my vocabulary—I love my life!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing on my wellness journey for the past 5 years. I walk 10km in the warmer months and love exercising through dance. I cherish time with my children and enjoy small gatherings with my soul sisters. Life has its challenges, but no obstacle will hold me back!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d invest in expanding my cake and treat business, enhancing my offerings, and upgrading equipment. I’d also prioritize wellness by traveling to rejuvenating destinations, and creating more quality time with my family and grandchildren. Financial security and continued growth for my business would be my main focus, while still ensuring I’m able to give back to those I love.
