How do you stay fabulous?Maintaining myself with lots of exercise and healthy diet. Languish stretching in bed when I wake up. Strenuous Power Stretching and Power Exercises before breakfast. Play badminton 5+ times a week. Just won 4 medals- 2 GOLD, 1 SILVER and 1 BRONZE in Senior Badminton Competition in all Canada Games. Love dancing both Ballroom and Freestyle and teach Ballroom Dancing to my friends without charging any fees. Go Power Walks and hiking.
