I love being over 40 (62) for so many reasons. I feel so empowered at this stage in my life. I’ve been competing in fitness competitions for 20 years and I love everything about the sport but even more I have learned that this journey is about my well being. Living my best life and having longevity for myself and family. Being over 40 has made me more aware of the importance of a balanced life where I have learned to honour my body and my mind. Knowing my body is free from self judgement.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by always expressing myself honestly. I try to always keep an open mind and stay open to new ideas & opportunities. Trusting the process helps me set new goals to always keep my self confidence. Awareness and clarity are the key to me feeling & looking fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?There is definitely a sense of freedom with such a gift. I feel it would be nice to add to a kids education. As well, giving back to the community through charity is so important to us. We would love to take our family on a vacation because it’s been awhile and before we know they’ll be off celebrating their futures.
