I take care of my skin and try to eat a healthy balanced diet . Most importantly the freedom to be uniquely me. Pursing passions as a form of self expression . Painting , music , gardening anything that resonates with you . Learning new things and being kind I love to help people smile especially if they are going through a tough time . Beauty begins within
