Being over 40 I feel a comforting sense of peace in knowing who I am, what my purpose is, and what I value most. I began focusing on the things that truly bring me joy.I love reminding myself, "I can still do hard things." What I cherish most is how my past experiences and journey have shaped me while still allowing me to embrace a life rich with adventure and meaning. Being over 40 feels like the perfect balance of wisdom and excitement, filled with daily opportunities to learn, try new things.
How do you stay fabulous?My faith in God is the foundation of my life, providing strength and grace. I thrive on the energy I get from being in community with other women, sharing experiences and support. I recently began bodybuilding and set a goal to run my first half marathon in a few weeks. I love mixing up my workouts with HIIT and Pilates and enjoy making my own smoothies. I fully embrace holistic wellness. Travelling fuels my adventurous spirit, whether it’s a bungee jump, hiking or ocean swimming.
What would you do with the $40,000?I recently started up my Skincare business again and with the money I want to further my education in Oncology Aesthetics.I would also like to create a better equipped space where women can come together to feel truly loved, valued, and cared for. My career began over 20 years ago in Holistic Aesthetics and the passion is still strong, even more so now because I can help woman with something that wasn't available when I first started out. It's something that's so needed in our community !
