40 is amazing! You know who you are, what you want, you know what is acceptable vs what isn’t. I am in a state of peace that I have never experienced before. To add, when I tell people I am 40, they are in complete shock and disbelief. I feel great. I am in the best shape of my life at 40 years old! I have never felt better!
How do you stay fabulous?I workout consistently! Drink plenty of water! Stay away from anyone or anything disturbing my peace! Surround myself with great people and energy & Mind my business 😝
