What I love about being over 40 is the confidence and clarity that come with experience. I’ve learned to truly value who I am and what I bring to the table, without worrying about the opinions of others. I’m more focused on living authentically, embracing growth, and chasing my passions. There’s a sense of freedom in knowing what I want and going after it, while appreciating the journey. Plus, I’m healthier, wiser, and more grounded than ever before, and that feels amazing!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by keeping a balance between fitness, healthy living, and enjoying life’s pleasures. I work out five days a week, focusing on staying active and strong, while maintaining a healthy diet to fuel my body. But I also believe in enjoying good food and indulging in a little "mommy juice" (aka alcohol) when I want to unwind. It's all about balance—staying fit, but still making time to enjoy life’s little moments and treats!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in both practical and meaningful ways. I'd tackle some house projects that have been on my list and put aside a portion for my child's college fund. I'd also love to use some of the money for personal growth or travel, creating memories along the way. It’s about finding the balance between being responsible and enjoying the rewards of this stage of life!
