I love being in my forties because it has greater significance than previous milestones. It prompts reflection on all facets of life, including finances, relationships, work, approaching menopause, and overall health and well-being.
How do you stay fabulous?Having a decent skincare regimen and developing a basic routine can help you always look your best, are some suggestions I abide by. It's essential to have a nice quality cleanser, exfoliator, serum, and sunscreen. Establish a bedtime ritual. I have a nightly regimen that includes saying goodbye to social media, water drinking, skincare and a warm shower that starts about an hour before my head touches the pillow. Last but not least, a key component of youth and energy is regular exercise.
What would you do with the $40,000?If selected I would use the funds to help pay for me to finish obtaining my degree in Human Relations.
