Knowledge is power. I know what I want from life and have zero qualms about going for it. Empowering women to show them their journey is special and amazing is how I choose to live my life. Love hard and jump into life with zest. I am 6 feet tall and embrace every inch. I truly enjoy all the seasons life brings.
How do you stay fabulous?Loving myself, loving others, being kind. It is pivotal to eat clean while still having fun and staying active both physically and mentally. Always moving forward and growing in a positive manner. My beautiful sister passed a way at the age of 53 from breast cancer. Her story burns a fire inside of me to help others and love them through high quality care. I work exclusively with women in healthcare and am so blessed to be part of this while helping fund breast cancer research.
What would you do with the $40,000?Finally get the kitchen of my dreams where I can cook for others. Cooking is my way of showering others with love. Nourishing our bodies with clean food prepared with joy.
