I love that I'm free now to be my authentic self!!! Society puts too much pressure on women to look "perfect" 24/7, and have an amazing job, be an amazing mom, be the perfect partner etc..expectations that are completely unrealistic. Then we beat ourselves up when we're not perfect in every role we play. I think the majority of women realize that we're not perfect and never will be once we hit our 40's and it's very freeing!!!
How do you stay fabulous?I try to make healthy food choices and get daily exercise as well. Skin care is pertinent as well but so is your mental health. I think it plays huge part in aging and our physical health as well and we really need take the steps and do the work to be mentally healthy!!!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use some of it for organizations that help single parents in need and domestic violence survivors. I've been in their shoes and have compassion for people in those situations. They are horrible and desperate situations to be in. Then maybe take my kids and grandkids on a nice, long overdue vaca :)
