Johanna Telander

I’m less concerned about what people think of me. I know who I am, and what I am about. I approach my work from a place of integrity and passion, and look for ways I can help to better the world using the unique skill set I have, taking on projects that promote togetherness, environmentalism, and kindness. I strive to approach challenges from a place of service and gratitude. I’m motivated to uplift and support women in the entertainment industry. Being able to help others is deeply fulfilling.

I believe the secret to being fabulous is living with joy, in truth, and loving well and being well loved. In addition, I eat a plant based diet, do yoga, hike and go into nature regularly. I stay creative, laugh and act silly, and strive to maintain a childlike wonder and a sincere sense of curiosity about the world. I don’t take anything for granted and don’t take anyone too seriously. I live in the moment, cherish the little things and pay it forward whenever I can.

I would invest it in my own company. Besides being a full time artist, I want to build a sounding board for mompreneurs to connect and support one another’s dreams. A place to brainstorm, bounce ideas off each other and to rebuild individual ambitions. I see a need for something like that in my community. A yoga/pilates/wellness studio run by women: a peaceful place to delve into the arts and tap into one’s intuition to find the strength within to make a difference without sacrificing family.
