I love SO many things about being over 40. First, I am more comfortable in my skin than I ever have been! It's been a blessing to have raised two amazing boys who are now young adults. Now I have the time to re-discover myself and pursue new interests . I've always been passionate about health and fitness but being over 40, I'm learning disciplines like hot yoga. I feel young at heart and surround myself with amazing friends and family (dancing is a must!). Life over 40 is AMAZING.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by taking good care of myself. Not only with diet and exercise but also really enjoying LIFE. I am a consummate learner which I apply to the design agency I started 4 years ago. It's also about the people I surround myself with who inspire me to be my best self and who bring humor to life's circumstances. Of course, I need to dance to stay fabulous as well! On a more serious note, I like to dedicate time to mentoring young adults as they transition into adulthood. Laughing is key
What would you do with the $40,000?It's all about give back so first, I would be so grateful to help out a couple of people in my life who are in need. I'd also like to give back to this platform by donating to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Of course, put a lot aside and perhaps take a little vacation with my family because travel is good for the soul.
