How do you stay fabulous?I have a pretty strict routine of working out four days a week with heavyweight lifting, sauna, and cardio also incorporating healthy nutrients and Whole Foods along with swimming and meditation.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in myself to help other women. I dream of opening a fitness studio along with nutritional smoothies and incorporate that into the community for women and men who want a healthy lifestyle.
