Practicing self-care, taking care of my skin, along with diet and exercise has helped me remain fabulous over 40.

One of the greatest things about being over 40 is being able to be comfortable in my own skin without worrying about the opinions of others.
How do you stay fabulous?Exercising 5 days a week, 30 minutes a day. Eating lots of low glycemic fruits and vegetables, with protein meat, 3 times a day. Nurture my skin twice a day (morning and night), to help get rid of free radicals so that i can look my best.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I am the winner of the $40,000, I plan to use it toward purchasing a new home.
