How do you stay fabulous?I engage in self care by focusing on what I love and what inspires me: lots of laughter, surrounding myself with positive people, eating and sleeping well, staying active with my yoga practice, being in nature, seeing a good therapist, going out when I’m in the mood, dressing how I like for myself, enjoying time to myself reading, writing, listening to music. Being around children always puts me in a good mood and boosts me with positive energy
What would you do with the $40,000?Hire a life coach, wellness coach and personal trainer to help me create a plan to become the best possible version of myself. With the knowledge gained from my experience, go back to school to become a Life Coach myself to help others achieve their potential. The remainder goes to charity; mental health and child welfare, two causes dear to my heart
