Aging is inevitable and I take it in stride ! Learning to accept ourselves and putting our best foot forward ! Aging gives wisdom and allows us to hopefully make the right choices!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying social, always trying to make new friends! Eating right , low sugar , low fat! Traveling as much as I can and most important , daily yoga and walking . Also i do light weight training 2-3 times a week to prevent muscle loss.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to travel to places that i could l continue learning my yoga practices and meditation ! Retreats are wonderful in enhancing these practices. If I should be a winner i would donate the most of the money for cancer research ! I saw plenty during my career as an Registered nurse ! Research is desperate still !
