I turned 42 this year, and feel better (and happier!) than ever. I love and respect myself, work hard on my career, and stay in great shape.

I love the perspective it brings - not just an invaluable appreciation of life, but also a keen and healthy sense of awareness mad empathy. I’m not only able to undo understand and relate to other people more easily, but I am also able to understand and love myself now. These are beautiful life lessons that only come with age and experience.
How do you stay fabulous?I believe that I stay fabulous internally by practicing love, kindness, grace, patience and forgiveness for myself and others. This is through daily mediation, having deep and elevated conversations, and connecting with others. Externally, I stay fabulous by playing beach tennis 2-3 times a week, followed by an ocean swim. I also run by the water and go to dance classes each week. This all leads to a well balanced and happy life!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put some of it into my savings, pay off my credit cards, and I’d give the rest to my parents. They’re incredible, and to be able to give back to them in any way is a true honor for me.
