What do you love about being over 40? I love the confidence that comes with being over 40—knowing who I am, embracing my strengths, and no longer sweating the small stuff. There's a sense of freedom, clarity, and self-assurance that allows me to focus on what truly matters, like meaningful relationships, personal growth, and enjoying life’s little pleasures. Plus, there's a deeper appreciation for health, wellness, and balance. It’s a beautiful time of self-discovery.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is all about balance, self-care, and mindset! Here's how: Health & Fitness: Regular exercise keeps me energized, whether it’s yoga, walking, or strength training. Eating nutritious foods and staying hydrated are key for feeling great inside and out. Skincare: A consistent skincare routine with sunscreen, moisturizing, and anti-aging treatments helps maintain a radiant glow. Mental Wellness: Prioritizing mindfulness, meditation, and stress management keeps me centered.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000 as a parent, I'd prioritize a mix of financial security, family experiences, and future investments. Here's how I'd spend it: Savings & Emergency Fund: I’d set aside a portion (maybe $10,000) for family emergencies or unexpected expenses. It’s always good to have a cushion. Kids’ Education Fund: A chunk (around $15,000) would go toward my kids’ education, like saving for college or educational activities that support their growth.
