I am an RN, MSN who opened a medspa in 2019 after years of working at a hospital and teaching nursing school at UT Tyler in Texas.

Being over 40 is a wonderful experience in life because you get the knowledge and experience you have learned in your 20’s and 30’s and you are able to apply that to take it to the next level to grow yourself as an individual, emotionally, spiritually and physically!
How do you stay fabulous?Exercise, eat healthy, pray a lot, have deep connections with people, be kind, compassionate, ask a lot of questions, read, invest, and love yourself!!
What would you do with the $40,000?I really think mental health is an underserved population despite race, age and background. I would invest it towards building a mental health Wellness spa where people of all ages, race and various backgrounds feel safe to come to, to help them feel loved and reminded how important and worthy they are!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
