Jill Woods

I lost 80 pounds, stopped being a people pleaser, and started to turn myself off mute. 😂💕

What do you love about being over 40?

I love that I am more self-aware. I started to set boundaries and say no and be okay with being uncomfortable. I feel like I am finally fully hearing myself. I LOVE that I am now taking baby steps toward two new careers in completely different directions with newfound, baby confidence. I love that I am becoming more decisive. I love that I am being proactive and trying to make things happen instead of being reactive and letting life happen to me while the years go by.

How do you stay fabulous?

Botox - Because "Father Time" is a man and needs all the help he can get. Exercise - I work out every morning at a gym at 5:00am. I do a combination of strength training and cardio. I work out with the same early morning crew every day and they have helped me stay motivated these past 4 years. Laughter - I have a small group of girlfriends, my soul sisters, that love me no matter what and keep me laughing through life's ups and downs.

What would you do with the $40,000?

First, I would buy tickets to a Formula One race. Second, I would pay for a course to become a Certified Nurse Injector to start my first business. Third, I would hire a stylist to help me figure out how to express myself better through clothes. Fourth, I would to start my second business in marketing. Fifth, I would take my boys to Universal (for Harry Potter).
