Motherhood is my joy. I loved taking care of my kids when they were little, but now I love what our relationship is growing into. Now that they’re older, I love not only getting to continue to raise them but also enjoy the wonderful young adults they’re becoming. I love talking with them and enjoying new experiences we can share. I am also blessed to be happily married to my husband for over 20 years. It’s easier to sneak away for date nights and enjoy our family in a different way now.
How do you stay fabulous?My faith, family and friends keep me fabulous. God is at the center of our family and that has carried us through so much. My husband is the most positive and generous person I know. He is a fabulous role model for our kids and that is so important to me. I have a great network of friends. Girls nights and coffee with friends mean so much to me. I do love to stay active and I enjoy my job. But I think what keeps me most fabulous is doing my best, being kind and compassionate and being grateful.
What would you do with the $40,000?Well, the answer is probably boring, but I’d put it toward college costs and some other practical uses and go on a fun vacation with our family.
