I believe getting adequate sleep, eating healthy, hydration, self care and meditation, I am proud to say, made me fabulously over 40!!!

What I love about being over 40 is my self confidence! The experiences that I have had though out my life, whether they are good or bad, have molded me into who I am today! The challenges that I have faced have given me the strength and courage to reach my goals.
How do you stay fabulous?I think the secret to staying fabulous is to have a positive attitude! Self care and treating yourself well helps me stay fabulous! When you feel good on the inside, it will radiate positivity to others on the outside. Taking care of your mental health is the key to staying fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to receive $40,000, I would not spend it on frivolous things! Since I have been over 40 I have a better understanding of the value of a dollar. I would like to spend it on my daughter’s education, she is so full of life, intelligence and a born leader. I do not want her to struggle as hard as I did and to be able to enjoy the college experience without financial burdens. I would love to create artwork to inspire other women’s journeys to becoming fabulously over 40 as well!
