I love that I’ve made it without my heart physically breaking or my brain splitting! I love the confidence with which I walk through the world because it flows from lived experience- having broken through barriers, overcome challenges and exceeded my wildest expectations as a human this age!
How do you stay fabulous?When I awaken each morning, I remind myself to spread love and be a light to everyone I encounter throughout the day. I use peloton, yoga, cryotherapy & red light throughout the week & my secret sauce is red wine & water - plenty of resveratrol & organ cleansing!
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d splurge on much needed dental work, increase my hyperwellness modalities, fix some leaks, pay extra on debts, and step up my holiday gift game! I’ve dedicated my life to the service of others, so this would be something for me!!!
