I love that i have experience enough to know how to be happy and content. I know what I want and what to do to accomplish it. It’s a RELIEF because you have overcame many hardships but are able to better cope after 40. I take care of myself so that I’m better able to help others around me! But truly the mental stability that comes from age is so satisfying!
How do you stay fabulous?I wake up early every morning and jog with my dogs a little over 2 miles to catch the sunrise. I also love yoga at the local rec center. Eating healthy is imperative for my health and lastly travel. Traveling refreshes me every single time. Being alive is such a blessing, I believe we should do whatever it takes to keep that mindset. Always being grateful for everything is key!! Definitely important in being over 40!!
What would you do with the $40,000?I will donate 1/2 of the reward money to people struggling with drug addiction, especially meth, fentanyl, heroin, and crack who struggle in the Denver area. It’s the fastest growing epidemic in the nation and so many people are out there looking for some help
