It’s not that I love being over 40; age is simply a number. What I appreciate at this stage in my life is the understanding of my self-worth and the recognition of my mental and physical strength. I feel empowered to overcome life's challenges, having become a survivor who can navigate various tribulations with resilience and confidence.
How do you stay fabulous?Taking care of oneself can often feel like a significant effort, but the benefits that come from this commitment are invaluable. I have established a set of healthy daily rituals that include yoga, meditation, healthy eating, and weight training three days a week. I also make time for walks with my Pomchi, Roxy, which adds joy to my routine. Alongside these physical activities, I practice gratitude and intention, appreciating the beauty in my life. I engage with inspirational programming too
What would you do with the $40,000?I plan to invest some of this money in furthering my education to enhance my skills and personal development. Additionally, I would like to donate a portion to the Hiatus House of Windsor, an organization that supports women in difficult situations. I feel a strong connection to the challenges these women face and would be grateful to contribute to such a meaningful cause.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
